Who we are
Facts Not Vibes publishes short educational videos about health and space. This policy covers this website (factsnotvibes.com) and the tools we use to publish our videos.
This website
This website is a static page. It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, sign-up forms, or user accounts, and it does not collect personal information from visitors. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operations.
Our publishing tools and Google user data
We use a private tool that connects to our own YouTube channel through Google's OAuth authorization to upload videos and set their titles, descriptions, and visibility. That tool:
- only accesses the YouTube channel owned and operated by Facts Not Vibes;
- does not access, collect, store, or share data belonging to viewers, subscribers, commenters, or any other Google user;
- does not sell, transfer, or use Google user data for advertising.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our videos are published on YouTube, which is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Other platforms
If we publish on other platforms such as TikTok, we only use their tools to post our own content to our own account, and we do not collect personal data from other users of those platforms. Those platforms handle your data under their own privacy policies.
